On the back of her hit “Misery”, Hudson has followed up with a single that perfectly captures the excitement, hope and magic of young love. When asked about “Fireflies in Tennessee” – Hudson says “I want this song to feel familiar, like something you’ve heard or experienced before. Something that makes you smile and feel warm inside. As a songwriter I love creating stories and emotions that people didn’t know they needed to hear” she continues. Hudson has always used song writing as a form of communication with her fans and community and this single is no different. “I wanted to capture that feeling of butterflies in your stomach forever” – Hudson says. “Fireflies in Tennessee” is a catchy single that you will have on repeat, tapping along right from its release.
